Not only did we get wrong instructions from one of the technical customer service representatives, we had a flood occur in our apartment community because of this. Elkay needs to take a hard look at how they support their users, because this exact situation could and will happen again. Our Quartz Luxe sinks also have a fiberglass webbing molded into the bottom of the work area for extra reinforcement. They also have a silky smooth surface so stains wipe off easily. No special cleaning care is required! Soap and water usually do the job. For stubborn stains and marks we recommend using a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.
