## Community Q&A

**Q: Best way to display quilt?** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I just finished making this quilt. Does anyone have any ideas to best display it?

A: Your quilt is beautiful!! My mother used to quilt and would add velcro to the back of the quilt and to the wall. But sometimes I think she actually even nailed them straight to the wall (right through the fabric)... I know, crazy! I think what most people do now is if it is a smaller quilt, add some fabric loops or tabs to the back and hang with those, but if it is a larger quilt, they create what is known as a fabric "sleeve" through which a dowel can be inserted. If you didn't want to go that route, how about a dowel/curtain rod using drapery rings with clips?

**Q: Need help choosing curtains, color and fabric** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Hello everyone! We moved into our brand new home about 6 months ago so we choose the bigger pieces that we knew we liked. However, now I am stuck with all the choices there are for curtains and side tables. Forget the side tables, the curtains are the biggest dilemma ever. What color do I go with for the transitional look? What type of fabric? Do I try to match that very light gray in the carped?

A: We did not provide the dining table and chairs. But we (Sarah &  Ruby Design Studio) designed the custom fabric that is on the chairs!  Thanks for your inquiry!

A: Thank you for your interest in this design! All of our designs are custom made-to-order, so you are able to customize the design to suit your needs. In particular, we can print the design onto the fabric (or wallpaper) base of your choice such as cotton, polyester, linen, and many more.
