Most recently, she fully staged a vacant home for a short term rental. Launi is quick to respond and always very professional. She takes great care in the home she is staging and is careful when moving the items in and out. She has been able to help homeowners use the furniture they have and rearrange and freshen up the home preparing it for sale as well. She will also do a consultation with my sellers and make a list or suggestions for them to prepare the home for sale. She really is full service! She stages the house based on the house style as well. It's not one size fits all. It is very customized and she has a wonderful eye for style and colors! Her style can be trendy or classic based on the house. Her skill really is unique and hard to find in a stager. Our gutted and remodeled kitchen is almost complete and the butcher block countertop selected by my contractor was just put in...and I hate it! Every other piece along the way took my breath away but this just bombs for me. How can I make this better? A: I like the natural wood island. what doesnt work for me is the granite. If you love your granite, maybe going for more of a contrast on the island would be more pleasing to you. How about a deep, rich espresso?
