I cannot speak more highly of TR as a design-build firm. Rick and Todd are honest, trustworthy & upfront. Most contractors will tell you anything to get the job, but TR’s estimates were dead-on and they finished on time & on budget — which is unheard of. Also, a lot of architects will create incredible, over the top plans, but they have no interest in making them affordable to build. With TR, they knew my budget & were able to design/plan accordingly, accurately & beautifully. Many friends have been wooed by elaborate architects‘ plans & then completely deflated when they went to bid on contractors and found their projects to be completely unaffordable. That won’t happen with TR. Additionally, Rick & Todd are perfectionists and won’t let any sloppy work slide. There is no higher bar - seriously. > > Long story short: With TR, you get what you pay for (and more) and you will come in on budget, on time and without any headaches.
