Neal Nesbitt questioned how long I had my cabinets and determined that there may be some warranty still available -- I had no idea! Long story short, Neal facilitated the warranty replacement WITHOUT EVER ASKING ME TO SIGN A CONTRACT OR ANYTHING! When the cabinets were ready to ship, we were going on vacation out of the country and not returning for 2 weeks. Neal again came to the rescue and had the cabinets diverted to his shop and stored them for our return, again while never asking for one penny. Of course we hired this company to do the replacement and again we had another great experience. The two gentlemen who installed the replacements were fast, worked clean and were very pleasant. What is the name and color of both the subway tile and grout please? A: Tile is by Daltile, it is a 3x12 that we sourced from Home Depot. Normally we use our local daltile but they did not have this available even though it was their product.
