Gigi started doing professional landscape design in 2006 when she began her search for a second career that would combine both her analytical skills and creative passion.  She earned an AA in Landscape Design from College of San Mateo to add to her  BA in Economics from the University of Oregon.  
 
Prior experience includes working in the fashion industry as a Merchandiser and Merchandise Planner for such companies as Gap Inc., Bebe, and Mervyn’s.

> Gigi is outstanding at her job and she did an absolutely fabulous job in both designing our front and backyard project, drawing the plans, coming up with the planting plans and design, and being available to make sure all of the details were carried out to perfection.  I interviewed several landscape designers and Gigi was hands down the best.  She is incredibly accessible, good natured, and really listened to what we were trying to achieve with our project. She then brought it to the level of sophistication that a landscape designer can bring.   That being said, she is budget conscious and is good at sticking to the budget agreed to. How she works is clear from the beginning and consistent throughout the project (given that projects often can grow!).  We felt like she was working on her own project/home with regard to the dedication to detail. I know she works on bigger projects like ours (include design and drawings) as well as garden refreshing for established yards. That scalability and ability to work effectively in various size projects and to give the dedication needed to the project at hand is what makes her in our mind a wonderful designer. We are thrilled with the work that she did in our yard and give her our highest recommendation.

> Gigi provided me with a complete landscape design , displaying all the flowers and trees that we discussed and where they were being placed.  She ordered all the plants and materials from the nursery.  She introduced me to  the the gardner that she works with, who did all the sprinklers, irrigation,new lawn and  the planting.  She was there when delivery was made and did an inventory of all the plants. Gigi oversaw the project till  the very end and updated me on any time changes.  As far as customer satisfaction, she was superb and I felt that I could call her or email her at any time.  Lastly, she gave me an estimate in the very  beginning,  and stuck to it throughout the project unless I made any changes.  I would highly recommend her landscape design  company to anyone.
