> I own a home design business. As a designer I've worked with many contractors over the years. Moses is by far hands down the best contractor I have worked with...very reliable and trustworthy. I got multiple bids and his came in the lowest, working with him has given me a lot of peace of mind. This remodeling has been a pleasure. We ended up doing 2 bathrooms a kitchen & the entire interior. He has great communication, is flexible, & has highly skilled employees. Meeting him was a blessing. I highly recommend Green Future and look forward to working with you guys on future projects.

> I recently remodeled my kitchen and bath with the best contractor ever. Moses is the most honest and trustworthy person I've meet in this business. I work in the real estate industry and every now and then I invests in old property, renovate it and then sell so over the years I’ve worked with quite a lot of contractors. Many contractors over price and don't do a 100% top quality job. Green Future broke all the stereotypes in my book about general contractors. For one, they did an excellent job on the kitchen and bath from demo to completion and finish and 2 - they keep the work schedule as agreed in the contract. I sell homes and if the buyers plan to renovate I give them Green Future\`s number. Five starts is an understatement for these guys!

> We previously had Green Future do a kitchen tile work for us and after obtaining three quotes for a complete bathroom remodel, we realized Moses is someone we already know and who didn’t disappoint us so why switch?! The project was to demo the existing shower and bath and replace with a new design: new walk-in shower, tile flooring, recessed lighting…everything. The team was excellent. They were punctual and clean. We are very pleased with this company for the second time and do recommend them for anything to do with kitchen or bath remodeling and even larger projects.

> I had called several vinyl siding contractors to get a bid for new home siding. Moses was the only one to arrive on time and not waste my time. He showed me a full color brochure with a variety of styles to choose from, very professionally took the measurement for the siding I needed for the entire house. The crew was totally professional in managing our expectations about noise, work hours and cleaned up everything every day until the job was completed. I highly recommend Green Future Construction.

> For me it’s hard to make decisions in general and especially when it comes to spending a lot of money so I procrastinated remodeling my vacation home for a long time. We were very worried about working with contractors with all the stories of home remodeling projects taking longer than scheduled and the increase in price as a result of complications. But I couldn’t put it off any more so I called a few guys. One sent an email reply 4 days after my request the other had set up an appointment and failed to show up on time which wasn’t a great confidence booster. Then my friend recommended Green Future Construction, so I called them up told them I need some work on the kitchen, Moses told me he can come over next day…I could tell this guy doesn’t waste any time with BS stories, we discussed the stuff I had in mind for the kitchen and within 2 days I received a detailed quote. On the first day of construction Moses showed up with 2 of his guys and started by covering the floors and placing plastic top to bottom in order to contain dust as much as possible, they started with the demolition of all the tile and cabinets and finished by the end of the day…vacuumed the floors and cleaned everything up. The next they arrived on time. They told me 3 weeks and it took 15 days. The cabinets, counter-top, connecting all the hardware and fixtures was very quick, then wood floor installation, paint and final touch ups. I was so happy I had Green Future Construction do for me more and more stuff around the house. Working with Moses was stress free and a pleasure…I’m very satisfied with your honest service! Thank you!!!

## Community Q&A

**Q: Review of QEP tile levelers for diy** *(in Bathrooms)*

We're in the midst of tiling our tub surround with 12 x 24 tiles and I thought I'd share how the QEP tile levelers from Home Depot are working out.
I spent a lot of time researching tile leveling systems and ended up with the ones from Home Depot because they were the only ones that made sense economically for a one-off use. One of the big criticisms was that they killed your thumbs after a while, but in a 5' tub alcove installation this wasn't an issue. If I were in the business of doing this sort of tiling, I'd go with one of the fancier systems, but for this application I am more than satisfied with the performance and ease of use of the QEP. When we took out the spacers and the wedges this morning (which was easy), everything was level and perfect looking except for a couple of small areas on the edge tile where we didn't use the levelers. By the time we get the grout in, I'm pretty sure no one will notice the imperfections but us. \[Note: if you want a 1/16" space between your tiles you don't need spacers, just the levelers. We needed a 3/16" space for these tiles, so we used a spacer along with the levelers. Works just fine.\]
FYI: In this photo we have 2 ledger boards. Those big tiles are really heavy! The bottom one is because it's recommended to do that and put the lowest tile on last so everything up above is perfectly level. It's so level, you can pin a star on us! The second ledger board is because we're putting a mosaic tile in there and there's no way it would support those big tiles above it. Those finish areas are today's job. The green on the wall is Hydro Ban for waterproofing. When we took the ledger boards off, we screwed the screws back in and painted over them with more Hydro Ban - currently waiting for it to dry so we can finish the job. We used little nails at the bottom and sides of the finish tiles on the edge because they slide down the wall without support - yes, we tried it. Those holes got Hydro Banned too.
Here is a link that might be useful: QEP spacer clips-Part A

A: i've been doing tile for years and usually don't use tile leveling systems but if my clients request it i only use the ATR tile leveling system from a2z sell
