However, my $9,000 42" Subzero with french doors is an inferior product. Clarke has been here 4 or 5 times to attempt to repair the door. The flapper used to seal the left door remains open and slams against the right door when I attempt to close. Clarke and Subzero people tell me I need to open and close the door faster to avoid this issue! They say their engineers are working on a solution and may have an answer in 6-8 months. A: The oven is being housed by a stainless steel cabinet not provided by Wolf. The stainless steel cabinet is secured to surrounding cabinetry. **Q: Wolf convection steam oven vs Miele steam oven?** *(in Design Dilemma)* Help! Had my heart set on Miele steam oven but have no one in my area to get parts from in a timely fashion. It has been recommended to replace with Wolf combi steam oven. Apparently the Wolf has very poor instructions for use and virtually no recipes! Any advice appreciated!! A: Hi Libby! The unit comes with one full size solid pan and one full size perforated.
