> I bought a new construction house by Durham. They build a quality home with very nice design, but their service after move-in is hit or miss. Complete hit or complete miss depending on who you get. It's supposed to be the site supervisor who oversees the building of the specific house, who in our case was a complete dud when it came to warrantee items. Would not respond to emails or calls and would promise to fix things if I ran him down on site of another project, but would never come through.   For a little while another guy stepped in and did a tremendous job, but he was not ultimately responsible for our home.  If you are considering building or buying a home by Durham, beware who your site manager is.

A: Our cabinet maker made them

A: We used sherwin Williams

What brand cabinets and countertops were used for the kitchen?

A: The cabinets were made out of paint grade wood by our cabinet maker and the countertops are quartz stone color- eggshell

What kind of hardwood is this?

A: They are rift cut white oak with a natural stain
