We did a kitchen and powder bath renovation. He installed a new window and created an outdoor bar. Brett and his crew from Imagine Construction were pleasant to work with, efficient, and clean. The end result was better than we envisioned and we barely went over budget. This was our first renovation and we were nervous about unwelcomed surprises and change orders, but Brett made the process smooth and transparent. We interviewed several contractors and Brett came across as honest, confident, and the best communicator. Brett is meticulous and stands behind his work. It started with an incredibly detailed bid, in which he itemized every single expense. That alone is unheard of for most contractors, and this transparency immediately built trust. He's also incredibly meticulous, and we saw him more than once ask his team to redo a piece of work that didn't meet his high standards - without any input from us. Brett is also creative, and taking the design from our designer, researched and recommended a very unusual hinge for our master closet, completely hiding the closet door and bringing the design to life. I have recommended Brett to friends and will continue to do so and look forward to working with him again.
