> We moved into our new house and Monogram Interior was there every step of the way! Stefanie and her team helped us, beginning with paint colors... organized painters to complete the project. She then helped us select the best furniture for our space; sofas, coffee tables, end tables, art... everything! We are so happy with the final results.

> We couldn't have imagined getting all of the projects completed with out Stephanie and her team's help! It's everything we imagined and then some. Thank You, Monogram Interiors!

**★★★★★ — Lois Stow, May 2019**

> In 2017 a tree fell on my house and caused an unexpected remodel. We had to redo the kitchen/living room - and fix the outside of the home. Stephanie helped me redesign my outdated kitchen into a modern open concept main level. She chose current styles but still left some of the 1970's feel in my home. Stephanie is very efficient and allows her client to end up with a home that has their own tastes reflected.

**★★★★★ — HU-99724384, Dec. 2018**

> We moved into a new house and almost five years later I still didn’t know what or how to redecorate it. I was stuck. It was all brown and dark and I needed help. We had Stefanie who owns and runs Monogram Interior over and within about 10 minutes of meeting me, she knew exactly what to do. She transformed our main living space into this beautiful, bright, inviting and very comfortable space for our family and friends. She also gave our kitchen and laundyroom a fresh look. I absolutely love my house now and can’t wait to walk in every time I come home.
> Not only did Monogram do an amazing job, Stefanie and her team were wonderful to work with! We plan to have them back for other projects.

**★★★★★ — ahnawake, Dec. 2018**

> Stefanie and her crew were amazing. Every detail thought of and executed perfectly! On top of that, they were all enjoyable to have around! Our project was a big undertaking...moved/removed walls and windows, new kitchen, reconfigured laundry and master bath, updated half bath, flooring, trim, paint, window coverings and furniture! Oh and adding on to the deck too! Stefanie talked to us about what our needs were and lives were really like before presenting us with a personalized design.

**★★★★ — Christine Moody, Dec. 2017**

> Stephanie has great style and really wanted to understand what we needed for our new house. She was easy to work with and very self sufficient working with deliveries and contractor installation. I would recommend her services.

**★★★★★ — Mary Holmes, Dec. 2017**

> Stephanie was warm, friendly and professional. She really listened to our needs and budget. She had wonderful ideas and communicated well. She had good rapport with the subcontractors who were great. They respect her and have worked with her for many years. Stephanie would be the first person we would call for any future work. Highly recommend her to anyone!!

**★★★★★ — Northwest Fine Finishes, Dec. 2016**

> It has been a pleasure working with Stefanie on her projects. I appreciate her abilities as a team leader and her clear vision directing the task at hand makes it easy for me to perform my work. I also consider her design aesthetic second to none. I have seen many projects Stefanie has completed and they have all come together beautifully. Best regards to you and your clients’ future success!

> I called Stefanie in the middle of my master bathroom remodel. She came over and was able to design a solution to a problem I was having immediately. Her spot on color and lighting ideas were perfect. I love my bathroom! She has helped me with other areas of my home and has an amazing eye for detail. It is amazing to me how the smallest adjustment to an existing light, mirror or rug can make such a difference! I will continue to ask Monogram Interior Design for help and I have already recommended her to all of my friends!

**★★★★★ — Eagle Designs and Woodworking, Inc., Dec. 2016**

> We worked with Stephanie on this nice kitchen remodel. She was great to work with and for as her design work and understanding of technical details and possible issues was very thorough and thought through. She seems to treat each project with the care, attention to detail, and the desire to marry beauty and function as if it were her own. She also did a good job of making herself available answer questions, deal with issues, and manage her other subs as to allow us to achieve the end results we were looking for.

**★★★★★ — nickfoeppel, Dec. 2016**

> Stefanie is extremely professional and is amazing at what she does. We have used her for two separate projects on two different houses.

**★★★★★ — Bob Giraldi, Nov. 2016**

> It is with great pleasure to provide a review for and feedback to Monogram Interior Design. I have been working with Stefanie for the past year and a half, she is the ultimate solutions source and someone you need to call. My relocation project was complex: included selecting and executing moving from my home of 19 years, getting select furniture into storage, getting temporarily settled into an apartment, then eventually moving into a condominium. Stefanie was in complete control recommending the best vendors, who preformed their work with great quality and competitive pricing. Upon moving into my condo, Stefanie took control of the multi task effort to create a completely new decor, ex: spec'd new paint colors, new bedroom, dining room and living room furniture, new draperies and completed it with photo and other decorations. Her vendor network is vast and will be the right choices for your project; whatever the need may be. This is why I call her a great solutions provider -- her creativity and relationships will provide you the solutions you need for a vast array of projects.

> We had a 10' x 5' master bathroom remodeled. The original construction was 1984 with no previous upgrades. Prior to reconstruction we had an ugly tub, ugly vanity, etc. The room was completely gutted and replaced with custom made quartz topped vanity plus custom designed step in tiled shower. A wall was erected for the shower and the window was replaced. Beautiful shower with two types of tile, constructed quartz covered bench, hand rails, two inset niches for shampoo, etc. plus a glass door. The design and products used were great as were the majority of the professionals employed to complete the design. Electrical and plumbing was replaced according to code. The only issue we had was the time it took to complete the project. It took approximately 3 months from start to finish largely due to individual vendors being pulled to other jobs. The result, however, was beautiful. We had one small issue with the grout on the floor of the shower and the designer and the tile vendor responded professionally and redid the wall/floor seams without any charge. The vendor invited us to call back if there was any other issue. The bottom line is the design was fabulous and the end result is fantastic. The pricing was good when compared to other quotes that provided less high end amenities and design.

## Community Q&A

**Q: I love the backsplash beveled subway tile. Do you know what it is?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Looking for details on the beveled glass tile. Is it glass? What color? thanks for any info!!

A: The beveled subway tile is 3" x 12" by Jeffrey Court, in weathered grey. It is not a glass tile, it is a glossy porcelain tile. I sourced these tiles through Florida Tile in Portland, Oregon

**Q: where can I buy this sink?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I need to find an apron front sink with a bathroom sink drain.

A: This style of sink can be purchased at Houzz.com, Build.com, Signaturehardware.com

**Q: What is the wall paint colour please?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Paint colour of the room with the wet bar and pool table?

A: Paint Color is Benjamin Moore Kendall Charcoal HC-166, in a satin sheen

**Q: Thoughts on seam?** *(in Design Dilemma)*

We are not happy with this seam, which is dead-center on a 10'5" vanity. Sorry about the lighting. We had to use a flashlight. Should we accept this? We've been told by the builder and fabricator that this looks good. It is rough to the touch and barely meets the standard threshold for width. The epoxy or whatever is used it very white and obvious.
\[Like\[(https://www.houzz.com/discussions/marble-counter-top-seam-advice-dsvw-vd~3958605) Bookmark

A: No, the seam looks terrible. Too wide, the epoxy is not tinted - just white - the epoxy should be custom blended, at time of install, to match the stone. Looks like marble, calcutta maybe. Marble is soft and will chip at the cut edge - you may always feel a little roughness at the seam edge due to the fact that they cannot over sand Marble - it will pit and get a "dip" if sanded too much in one area. Make sure, once the seam has been redone that you or your fabricator seal the countertop really well. Marble is very porous and even hard water can leave a stain.

**Q: Shower** *(in Photo Questions)*

What kind of tile is this? Are they individual tiles with grout or large?

A: Hi Faith: The tilework in the bathroom shower is a combination of porcelain and travertine. The 4x4 square tiles, set on the diagonal, are individual Travertine Tiles set on the wall and grouted. They are not mesh mounted mosaics. The larger tiles on the side walls are porcelain. The shower ceiling and the shower floor are also Travertine.

**Q: Love the chairs! Where are they from?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thank you for the compliment on the dining chairs. The chairs were a vintage store find - I had them sanded and stained a very dark, inky, opaque espresso color - they were re-upholstered in a velvet microfiber, color parchment. The dining table was the owners, I had that sanded and stained with the same stain as the chairs.
