They still have not delivered some of the shelves that were part of the original contract or the valet hooks, or even finished the mirror. We have contacted them numerous times. Very annoying. There was one change in the design due to an electrical issue and they tried to charge me a fortune more to finish the job...in effect trying to hold me hostage. So we called the local franchise when we decided to get our walk-in closet here in Florida done. It's a decent closet, but when they converted the building to condos, they just put in those stupid wire rack shelves - and very few of them - meaning that we were left with a ton of wasted space. Sales guy Roger came by with his trusty laptop and material samples, and we had our design nailed down in an hour.
