**Q: Where did you find the game table and chairs? Thank you** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thanks for asking.... unfortunately those were purchased by the homeowner, so I don't know for sure. However, I do know that they used Direct Buy for much of their furnishings and fixtures. I'm sure I can put you in touch with an interior designer that can help you with that if you are local to the Hill Country or San Antonio area. Let me know if you would like a referral!

**Q: What is the size of this gameroom?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Sorry for the delay, I just saw this question... This game room is roughly 25' (plus the bay window poker area) X 22'.  Hope that helps!

**Q: Barn door hardware?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Where did you find the barn door hardware? These are beautiful! Generally how much do they cost to have built?

A: Thank you for the comment!  The opening is 9' tall x 8' wide.  The doors are custom built.  They are Knotty Alder. X-braced over plank inset  panels 1 3/4" thick.  Very big, very heavy doors.  The doors are also rabbited on the edge of the meeting stiles to keep light from intruding into the Home Theater.  Cost of the doors (raw knotty alder), casing, ledger, hardware and installation would be about $4,000.00.  I have included a couple during construction pics.  Not the best pics, but they show greater detail of the doors.  Let us know if we can help!

**Q: How many bedrooms and bathrooms and what is the square footage?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thanks for the question Kathy!  The Living Area is 6241 SF Total Frame (including garage, porches and balconies, etc.) came to 8201 SF.  It has 6 bedrooms (4 up, 2 down) There are 2 "Jack & Jill" style bathrooms upstairs.  The master bath and a full guest bath along with a 1/2 bath with exterior access to the pool are downstairs near the Game Room & Media Room. There is also a Hobby Room upstairs with its own washer & dryer.  This room could easily become a bedroom if necessary.  Lots of walk-i attic space for storage upstairs too.
