Can we get a longer, detailed profile and story on this House?

A: This home designed by Ben Adam Architech and built by Godsey Homes is inspired by its location in the heart of historic downtown Boerne Texas. Being only half a block off Main Street inspired Ben to create a building that looks like a restored structure thats been here since 1915 instead of 2015. Being his personal home allowed him to name the structure, in keeping with the other structures in the area which are named after their original owners.  He and his wife chose to name their home in memory of his father who was born on that street. 

The house boasts a Master suite on the third floor with a private rooftop deck. 

The second floor is where the kitchen, living and dining room are located and the first floor has a full one bedroom apartment.
