She was great most of the way through...in till her next job started and she left me to solve the problems. The plumber dented my sink and the responsibility was left to me, the fireplace was not finished and I had to fight with the company. Now my unit that was painted by her finisher is cracking and although he tried to fix it once on his own, He cannot fix it and I am being told "it is not guaranteed forever" My couches that I had made by a quality furniture maker with down were re made with a hard foam. It is sad that I was left to fend for myself after all the $$ I paid for a service. I have worked with decorators before and never received such unprofessional-ism. It is to sad as I do like her as a person. **Comment from Cindy b decor:** > Thank you for your comments and I understand your frustration . That being said this job was completed 4 years ago . The furniture was repaired 2 years ago . It is very common for furniture to split or crack after our dry winters and our humidity levels are not perfect either especially in that condo building . The contractor unfortunately took off with a few small unfinished items as well as never came back with a final invoice for that very reason .
