> When choosing a home builder, our number one priority was finding someone we could trust.  Joe was up front, did not over promise and was flexible with changes along the way.  Prices for items that we decided to add outside of the contract were fair.  There can be a lot of emotion when trying to design a home where you will raise your family.  You want a builder that won't take advantage of that vulnerability.  Joe exceeded our expectations and we would build with him again.
