> Love, love Red Carrot Design! We moved into a house I didn't love and Jill came to the rescue. She got to know our style (which I can't describe at all!) and decorated our home beautifully... even though we gave her the tiniest budget. 4 years later we decided to build a house. One of the first things I said to my husband was, "We're going to need Jill." =) She has a fabulous eye and can pull designs together flawlessly. She stepped into our project just as I was becoming overwhelmed and has been such a blessing! Jill has not only assisted on the decor side, but she's helped with tile, paint, stain, flooring... you name it, she can do it! She's patient, enthusiastic, and not afraid of a challenge. She hasn't pushed her own design aesthetic into the equation, she's just breathing life into ours.

> In 2012, we hired Jill King of Red Carrot Design to update our kitchen, living room, and dining room.  After that, we hired her to give our entry a facelift and make paint recommendations for a playroom.  And we recently hired Jill for the third time to update our den/office, guestroom/bath, and powder room.  For all of these projects, one of our goals was to stretch beyond what we would normally do/choose on our own.  Jill helped us identify the style we wanted and the finished project achieved the result we hoped (stretching our boundaries) and that we absolutely love.  The spaces she created are cozy and organic (as well as highly functional) but they also have an industrial edge (i.e., picture hangers are metal pipe fittings) and funky elements (i.e., cow hide patterned area rug).  She is also great about staying on budget (and on time) and finding excellent pieces at great prices.  Can’t recommend Jill enough!
