Her design aesthetic is fine, but not her customer service. We were intending to have her assist us with our entire house. We started with a few rooms. Many of the items she selected were out of stock on the day she presented them to us. We then had to incur the additional cost for her to re-shop these items. One of the furniture items she selected was too large for our space, even though she had all of the measurements. Her billing statements were questionable and not detailed about the time spent. She did not follow through on the project, and left us with partially completed rooms and additional time and money to get another designer up to speed. In a relationship with an interior designer, you rely on them to be reliable, honest, forthcoming and do the right thing, but unfortunately that was not our experience.
