And that was not merely toward our family but also to our neighbors. An "in build" can, of course, be disruptive to neighbors. LCB worked hard at keeping our neighbors informed and satisfied as the work progressed. That is inevitable as it is a complex, intensive and lengthy process. In every way Laurence Cafritz Builders met or exceeded our expectations. > > Three examples come readily to mind. First, when there was a bit of an error in concrete form work for our foundation, rather than simply extend siding down to cover it, Larry, who himself identified the problem, added additional custom stone work at no cost to compliment our back patio. Second, when we had a problem with our furnace not only did LCBs people and contractors fix it on Christmas Eve, they demanded that it ultimately be replaced entirely. It has worked great since.
