> person. When I became flustered, he stayed calm and flexible.  I gave him a very tight budget to work with and he worked diligently to keep my within my means.   He was extremely dependable, reliable and his subs were all wonderful to work with.  He stayed on top of the project from beginning to end and I can't recommend him highly enough.
