The workmanship was superb; everything was beautifully done and to our specifications. > I always ask questions, I can't help myself.  Ryan Schmidt is the first person, especially contractor, who presents what he is going to do so thoroughly that questions are not necessary.  We have employed his services on at least 5-6 occasions and he has done an exemplary job each time.   He goes over and above what is required and his workmanship is beautiful.  You can count on him to respond to telephone calls, requests for consultation on possible changes or any of the myriad of circumstances that are involved in building, restoring or renovating your property.   Ryan stays within projected time frames and outlined budgets.  We go away on a trip, leave our key and a list of the things we want accomplished in our absence.  We have not been disappointed ever.  We can't say enough good things about his professionalism and recommend him all of the time without reservation.   We have yet to hear back from anyone he has worked for upon our recommendation with anything but positive remarks.  One elderly couple we referred to him wants to keep his sign on their lawn forever... they say, "we just love Ryan, he's such a fine young man."  Need I say more.  The project I listed below was his first and largest project for us that he completed well before projected. He has returned at least once a year since then.

A: This is real stone, not manufactured.  PA blue stone.  The shingles are James Hardie fiber cement in Evening Blue.

I was just looking at your portfolio and recognized the little house you did on Porter in Admiral Heights (we used to live in Annapolis and belonged to that pool).
We loved watching the transformation of that house! Great job. Like that siding color as well...any chance it is Hardie/Timber Bark?  
That is the other color we really like...
