**Q: Could you tell me if the windows are aluminum and what brand?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The windows were Milgard aluminum, but they no longer meet the energy code. You may have to go to a metal clad wood window to get a similar look and meet the new energy code requirements.

**Q: what color is the paint** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The paint was a custom color.

A: The carpet is from Shaw and purchased through Associated Designers Showroom in Seattle.
