> I’m an independent remodeler and I chose Dan to draw up the plans for a house I am rehabbing for myself in Willowbrook, IL.  I was looking for an architect that was local and I found him thanks to google.  Dan is insightful, creative and exactly the kind of architect I was looking for.  After our initial meeting I knew he was right for the job because he listened to my thoughts and ideas and plus added his own vision into the mix.

> Once the rough draft was presented he had completely redesigned the interior moving many interior walls for me, adding a vaulted ceiling, relocating a master bedroom & bathroom to where a one car garage used to be, doubled the size of the kitchen by relocating the hall bathroom over to where a small bedroom used to be. All of this he came up with on his own and they were great ideas.

We added a basement in the back with a large terrace/hot tub above and a new garage on the side. Our house has water drainage issues and many elevations.  Dan did a fantastic job.  Hire him!
