This is my bedroom, still picking paint colors. I want drapes on these windows (there are three windows facing the street on this wall, the only windows in the room, my bed faces these windows. I went to go measure today and noticed that the third window, the one by the TV, the one side of the window is bud up against the wall/corner and there is no room for a drape on that side. I have this same issue in my living room. Any ideas of what to do? What is the window drape 101 on stuff like this. Any ideas? A: Roman shades possibly in blackout. Another option might be Pirouettes from Hunter Douglas...like a roman but has other unique features. As far as the drapery, if you don't have the same issue on the left and are afraid that panels...which is a good choice..might make it look uneven..you might try a trick of the eye by making the right panel a little smaller in width so it doesn't take up too much of the window and throw the look off.
