I spoke to the owner on the phone, set up a bid meeting one afternoon, I left work early, and he never showed up. Apparently, he had car trouble and no cell phone service, so I met with him a couple days later even though I was skeptical after reading terrible Google reviews of awful communication. He came over to give me a price on my interior curved stair rail. I was interested and excited about his railings, and he said he would have some price back to me in a couple days. I text multiple times, called, and if he did respond, he said he would have the bid to me "tomorrow". Finally, a couple weeks later he text me a single price, and said he "would have my bid to me later today for sure." To this day, a month later, and I still have not heard from him. Advice: if you are too busy, then that is a good thing. Be up front about it. Do not waste people's time as you will most likely not be busy for long. We have had some issues arise that have contributed to his being overwhelmed and performing poorly in this situation but there is no excuse for a lack of honest communication with our customer. Based on your experience I understand if you want nothing more to do with us but if you are willing to give us a second chance your sales rep has agreed to forgo his commission and we would like to offer you a significant discount.
