They removed everything and installed new cabinets, countertops, sinks, tubs, and tile floors. They also removed wallpaper and painted. They enlarged the master shower and replaced the glass block window with a frosted glass one. We moved out during the process, and Guillermo contacted me at least once every week to update me on the work. When we had a hard time getting some of the hardware in time to finish the project, he notified me in plenty of time for us to change our selection and get something similar so the project could finish on time. Guillermo was an expert in managing all of the multiple jobs that needed doing. He did an incredible job and got our house spotlessly clean - everything completed in the time he estimated.
