> After months of not being able to find a home we could purchase, we contracted with Ben and his sons to add a master suite to my parents' house because my father had passed and my husband and I needed to be with and take care of my mother.  I know it's always a bit difficult to just pick someone.  It didn't take long to know we made the best choice possible.  They and their crews were so courteous and respectful to my mom and I as they worked through this addition.  They never hesitated to answer any question and to happily make any adjustments we requested without hesitation.  They even would make corrections themselves of things they did not think they did just right.  We never lacked knowledge of what was going to happen.  And, even with the various Covid-related delays they ran into, they finished our project when they promised.  We have now been in for a month and a half, and my husband and I absolutely love it! > Ben Prince and his sons did an amazing job on my kitchen and laundry room renovation. They were always very professional and stayed in close contact with frequent updates. During the course of the renovation, my smaller AC broke down and the upstairs bathroom had a leak. Ben saved me a ton of money by getting in a plumber and an HVAC person that he knows and trusts. He didn't have to do that but he did because he is wonderful!

> Mr. Prince replaced my roof for me last year.  He worked with me to figure out the best solution for my 1968 home (with both gable and flat roofs) as well as my budget. His crew was fast, skilled, and courteous.   My roof is good as new! My only caution is that his preferred gutter subcontractor does not work to the same standard as the rest of his team.
