I needed new gutters and roof repair. Salesperson James came out to give me estimate. I agreed to the price and paid 50% down in mid May. 3rd week of July James called and said there would be an additional charge of over $800. I know nothing about gutters, and depend on the salesperson to educate and help me thru the process. I think the salesperson knew less than me. He cost me a lot of extra money and aggravation. I called the office and asked to speak with the owner Chad muth, never heard from him. I would stay away from this company. It was diagnosed by Able as a nail pop and I was told "their teenager roofs tend to need a 'tune-up' with the changing hot/cold Ohio temperatures this time of year." That's would have been a $1,000 tune-up with complete "roof sealing" had we stuck with our original quote from Able. A 13 year old roof shouldn't leak!! Muth fixed the nail pop at a fraction of the cost and didn't rip us off. They also did a great job of educating us on the upcoming maintenance on our roof and we signed up for their low-cost maintenance program that comes with annual gutter cleaning ta boot! They also cleaned all debris very well, and we did not have nails and extraneous scraps laying in the yard. That said, the finish work left a lot to be desired, and we had to have them come back to fix things twice.
