Matt answered all of our questions (and there were many) and willingly met with us ahead-of and during our meeting with our insurance adjuster. Matt was on-time or early for every meeting and replied promptly to all communications and even let us know when he was going to be out of the office for the holidays (even though our work had just finished). I was nervous about adding vents to the front of our house and was pushing to use ridge vents but our roof is unfortunately not compatible. We worked with Dan, who did a good job of keeping us updated with what was going to happen next and what to expect. The workers who came to the house were polite, considerate and competent. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up after tearing off the old roof. I only found one stray nail.
