They were very knowledgeable, professional, polite and efficient. Their system has worked very well with few glitches. Very strong WiFi signal on all levels of the this 4 story house, including below ground basement. They have a broad selection of products to choose from and the quality of the components we selected for our installation seems very high. Of course, the price goes up dramatically depending on what components you use, but this would be true for company. They were smart enough to make the installation adaptable to future upgrades and changes that would be difficult or costly to install if not done during construction e.g. wiring for speakers in areas that we didn't currently want to install them, but might in the future, and wiring for possible remotely operated security systems. They have continued to be responsive when we have have asked them to come back for changes or upgrades. The components were fitted into an audio rack. They installed a Samsung 52" tv and Sonos. Its all hooked up to the internet so that Apple TV and Apple Music work seamlessly. EHE also reprogrammed the Universal remote control.
