> Bruce was amazing! We had some unique situations in our kitchen that we needed to find solutions for, and Bruce did a great job. He offered options, sharing the pros and cons of each. He even got creative and mocked some things up in the store so we could get a hands on view of our options.
> Bruce was very knowledgeable about the product specifics and guided us through the details that we needed to know. He was very professional and ultra-customer-focused. He anticipated our needs and questions and happily stuck with us even when we needed modifications that meant more work on his part. Bruce went above and beyond in designing and ensuring the successful completion of our kitchen remodel. We would highly recommend him to anyone working through a kitchen remodel or redesign.

> Bruce is very customer focused!  His attention to detail matched my desire for kitchen design.  While I knew there were certain components I wanted in my kitchen redesign, I also wanted a designer that would offer me additional options and each time I visited Bruce to review the design, he had additional options for me to consider.  This showed me that he had given a lot of thought to my project without me being in front of him.  Bruce took pictures and sketches and turned them into reality.  I LOVE my kitchen!  Bruce has designed two kitchens for me within 3 years.. I loved the first kitchen so much that I waited for him to return from vacation to design the second kitchen.  Bruce is so meticulous about his work that he visits the site during the installation to make sure the installers understand every intricacy of the design.  He thinks of everything!
