I asked a couple of other contractors to find the leak and fix it, to no avail. Finally I called MMR. Mike suggested an infrared analysis, that indicated that the problem was around an upper window. The window was replaced, the exterior wall was reshingled where necessary, and upper and lower interior walls that had been water damaged were repaired. The crew was great and the job was done quickly and efficiently. For the first time in years my house is again water tight. After an extensive bidding process, it became clear to us that MMR was the best firm with which to work. Our assessment was validated a short 7 months later when MMR completed construction of our 5,400 sf house (7,000 sf if you include our finished basement) on budget and without any of the angst so many homeowners experience. MMR worked really well with my wife and me and our architect and I believe this team approach helped improve the outcome. Based on our positive experience, we referred MMR to my dad and stepmom and other friends. After nearly $10MM of work, everyone we know remains satisfied with MMR's work and continues to value their relationship with MMR.
