role is unique and has enabled Mark to more intimately

> I would give a 0 if that was an option.  We signed a contract 5 months ago and our build has been delayed and delayed again.  Multiple employees from this company have told us that they want customers to back out of their contracts so that they can sell the property for more money.  When we did not back out of our contract after the multiple delays, we were informed that we would be receiving a letter stating that if we did not pay them an additional $25000 - 40000 that they would cancel our contract.  This is an unprofessional company that is only interested in making as much profit as possible.

From the owner Mark Long to the Sales Team headed by Kelly and Annette they are true professionals dedicated to ensuring that the customer is treated with honesty and integrity.  They build a great home with features standard that other builders will charge extra for.  Even after the sale the warranty work has been exceptional.
