> I recently engaged with CMS for a complete home remodel in the Granada Hills area. Though we did not end up hiring them I wanted to take the time to write them a review because of their outstanding professionalism. During my process of finding a contractor for our remodel I came to realize there are so many contractors that have no clue how to earn business and represent their company professionally. I probably met with 15 contractors and only 3 of them where worthy in my opinion. Tom & Mike where on the top of my list for many reasons. 1. They listened to what I had to say and didn't try to push me into adding things to the project that I did not want. 2. They where very patient and respectful of my timeline. 3. They where always on time and followed through as promised. 4. This is the biggie for me; Tom came to our house on four separate occasions and was always very professional and easy to communicate with.  I got a really good feeling about these guys but unfortunately due to other circumstances we where unable to move forward with them. In the future if I ever need a contractor CMS will be on the top of my list to call. I can't speak from their work but based on my interactions with Tom over a 2 month period I get the feeling they do outstanding work.

> I    hired CMS Builders and Restoration, after interviewing  a number of companies, I hired Michael and Christina Shaichi .I was very concerned and had alot of fear due to some of the horror stories I have heard over the years. The best thing to happen to me was the both of them. The work was top notch and they inspected all of the work  after each project. If there was a smudge after a wall was painted or not enough paint in one area they made sure it was repainted. I did a great deal of work to my home from wood floors, carpet, as well I gutted the bathrooms and started from scratch. They installed a shower in one bathroom along with a new bathtub.  They installed LED lights in all rooms and I am beyond happy with the results of all their work. I never had a call not answered or a text not replied to. They are both responsive, professional when they told me something would be done it was done. The workman showed up each and every day, I knew I could count on them in all ways.  Christina's taste is superb she was the best guide and help when it came to choosing products, from tile to colors. They made the whole experience easy, and pleasant. I would recommend them to my family and friends.I am  grateful for the whole experience and  them.

The wall tile is: 12 x polished Italian calacatta gold marble tiles. Same on floor in heringbone pattern in shower pan.
