> They did not show up to my scheduled installation nor did they respond to repeated attempts to contact them. This caused an additional 2 weeks without a kitchen. Avoid using Square Foot Tile in Tucson Arizona

**Comment from Square Foot Tile:**

> We have reviewed our records and believe we know who this is. The customer was asked to place a deposit to secure a spot on the schedule and did not do so, despite numerous reminders to the contractor. We also never received any phone calls or emails from the customer. Thus, there was never a scheduled date.
>
> Nonetheless, we are sorry for the delay in your project and for your perception of our company. This is not the norm for our company - we take pride in creating and maintaining positive relationships with our customers and completing their projects successfully.
