Additionally, we were pregnant at the time (baby to be born mid-way through the build) and living in a small (temporary) apartment since we had already sold our previous place. So, we were expecting a rough time coming our way. However, Taylor and the whole MGM team made the whole process so easy and really were with us every step of the way. From customizing the design to fit our requirements (baby + home office) to handling some unexpected surprises the town threw our way (not MGMs fault :-) ). We've now been in the house for about 8 months and can also confidently say that the building quality is superb. There were a few (very minor) items that we noticed after the fact but all it took was a quick text to Taylor and he had someone come out right away to fix it.
