Jake was able to help us reconfigure the narrow space while also giving us the spacious shower and standing tub we wanted. In the beginning we met with Dave who was always available for our questions and to provide advice as we developed our plans. When it came to our addition project we worked with Ryan. Ryan and his staff are professional in every sense of the word. Everyone involved was so personable and easy to work with. The addition was very well constructed with high quality materials. All subcontractors were professional and accommodating. We began with a complete set of plans and drawings but as the project advanced Ryan and my wife and I saw things that could be done differently than originally envisioned. Ryan was very flexible in incorporating changes and the end result was even better than we could have imagined at the beginning. Our 2 story addition is absolutely beautiful and we owe it all to Smithwell Construction. Ryan Smith did an outstanding job designing our home and has been very involved with every aspect since.  The Smith family have always treated our project as if they were doing it for themselves.  I am constantly amazed by the passion they have for the job they are doing.  We have felt very comfortable with Smithwell since the beginning.  Our home is scheduled to be completed in late November.  I will write another review after completion but I can't imagine anything changing.
