I have dealt with lots of different contractors, and Ken is one of the best. His work is high quality. He is willing to work with me on different ways to approach the projects. And this shouldn't have to be said, but given my experience in Maine I'll say it: Ken shows up when he says he is going to show up, and he answers phone calls and emails! I honestly have not a single complaint about him, his work, and his team. He repaired my kitchen ceilings including insulation, did the carpentry for new counter installations, put in a new set of built-in shelves, and built a beautiful custom-designed extension for my back deck and hot tub. The project was rich with complexity regarding septic design, town approval, and orientation on the land. Ken met personally with all the trades needed and worked through weather and illness adversities to complete the project on time while keeping it thoughtfully updated along the way without a significant financial increase. We were very happy with the level of professionalism and communication; very folksy, yet quite knowledgeable.
