The gentleman who came gave me a brochure to keep and study, and was quick with measurements. We talked and he gave me some suggestions as to what might be a good design for my old bungalow. The estimate was written and specific, unlike other companies I had contacted. Family Fence is local to me, and I went to the office with questions and down-payment. I was able to change my choice for a fence and they immediately gave ma a revised estimate, and explained the different payment methods they accepted. They gave me the installation date, and told me they would take away the old fence. They also took care of contacting 811 for the marking of the gas line. They called the day prior to the installation to notify me of the time they would arrive. The installers were on time and did a clean professional job of installing the fence. The fence looks great! > The office called the next day to find out if I was happy with the job, and let me know to call them with any questions.
