I had recently purchased a home that was very outdated and only wanted to change a few things however, once I started to talk to their team and designer I learned very quickly the potential my place had. Not just for myself, but for the future of the home if I were to ever resell it. We went with the mid-century modern style gutted the whole house and added an additional 800 ft.² for two extra rooms for my growing family. They redid the roof that had a bunch of leaks in it. They were able to pinpoint and water test multiple spots that have been leaking and changed out much of the framing and beams that were questionable. The yard in the pool were redone as well and it looks so much better, especially with the new hedges that they planted in that are growing really well now for privacy. Since they did such a great job and it was a very fast process I also had them completely redo my detached garage to turn it into a 700 square-foot guest home whenever I have family travel out to stay with me. They also fenced off the guest home to keep it private and made it look like it was a Tulum dream resort. So now I have two great places from one great company.
