I have been around construction since a very young age so naturally I have always had a passion for building and renovating. 

When I started Rusty Construction, I knew my goal was to have a company with many resources and endless possibilities. At Rusty Construction, we ensure a personalized service that is customized to the client's needs. I myself, Rastislav "Rusty" Smid, will personally be overlooking every project. I take great pride in the work and business as well as enthusiastically serve my clients.

Preparation is key for a smooth running project. We start to plan before we even begin the project and keep consistent communication with our clients on a daily basis from start to finish.

Rusty showed up right away and immediately brought a calming influence to a very frustrating situation.  He not only addressed the issue at hand but improved our house in almost everyway, from the entryway to the basement and bathroom.  His work was meticulous and thorough and incorporated the right finishing touches.  Due to this experience, we have now used Rusty Construction for several more projects including new siding, rood, doors and windows.  His general knowledge, quick response time and honesty have been invaluable over the last year. We look forward to planning more home improvement projects with Rusty in the future.
