> We are writing this review to thank John-Luke for making this process so straightforward, knowing that we would have been caught in a whirlwind of decisions and worried about conflicting designs. The sensus staff was also very keen during the execution of the process as they saw through the design intent even when there was roadblock to achieving it structurally through the renovation. We appreciate the diligence and straight forward, always funny, and charming approach despite our countless requests to explore more. I write this as my kids and I relax in our new living room with a goofy smile because were still shocked at how much of a change this is!
