> We had very very worse experience with SPH Construction INC, Andrey plays drama very well, he is a good actor, but not a good contracted builder. Everything yes, action no. We are waiting for them come to work for my project, but nobody show up. We will not use them again, they wouldn't work on time, they come to work once a month or two month.
