After looking at new construction I found a beautiful 30 year old condo, but it needed work. To say that I am more than pleased with the results of my total renovation is an understatement. Brian listened to everything I asked for, came up with a plan and budget, and even went shopping with me for tiles, flooring, appliances, plumbing fixtures, etc. But the best thing Brian did was to bring on Wayne as contractor to manage the project. Wayne was equally attentive to my needs and consistently went above and beyond. Wayne is meticulous, thoughtful, and creative; he solved many problems that we encountered in a major renovation which is what this was. From now on, when I need work done in the condo, I will call no one else but Wayne. > > I recommend the BCA team without reservation. They came out to the house we were looking to purchase several times to ensure we could actually make the renovations we wanted. They helped us with prioritizing and worked with us on cost. Ultimately we did not purchase the house due to an inspection report that surprised everyone, and therefore we did not see the renovations through. It killed me after all the time and energy they had put into this.
