> Hired J2 for small wet bar install, where plumbing was already in place. Should have been a straight forward easy project. Started in September, for anticipated thanksgiving completion. It’s March now, and they will not respond to me.

> I hired them because they claimed they could manage project start to finish, design to completion, any and all subcontractors needed would be coordinated by J2.
> Designer disappeared, was told she never placed orders.
> Cabinets were incorrectly delivered to my house requiring me to figure out how to get them off truck and inside. J2 should have received delivery or at a minimum been at my house to unload truck and carry downstairs.
> Cabinet installer messed up, disappeared, requiring new materials to be reordered.
> Wrong granite countertop was delivered- needed to be reordered.
> Cabinet hardware never ordered.
> Project manager could not manage, told others work was completed that hadn’t been.
> Bar Fridge that I was told was ordered in October was never ordered. Was told they would find another vendor. Not sure who they purchased from, it arrived damaged and J2 will not replace or provide purchase invoice to allow me to get it fixed under warranty.
> I needed to hire someone to come fix it, who told me it had definitely been dropped which is why doors were not aligned and didn’t close properly. I need purchase invoice to get it fixed under warranty.
