> My family and I bought a home in August 2012 and all the bathrooms need remodeling. We decided to undertake the children's bathroom first as it was the smallest and would serve perfectly as a "tester" room.  We sought bids from 4 contractors and prices ranged from 6K to 15K.  We stumbled upon SMY after finding a vanity we liked and SMY were the local vendor for that product.

> When visiting their showroom in Lynnwood, we found them to be friendly,  knowledgeable,  incredibly helpful and willing to take time to discuss our exact needs and wants.

> The bathroom is very small and had not seen any improvements in 20 years.  We wanted new everything, but because of size basic layout had to remain the same. SMY quoted $9500. This price included removal and disposal of the old bathroom, new plumbing and dry walling where needed, removal of knockdown and retexturing of walls, installation of bath, toilet, vanity with granite surface and under mounted sink, a seamless bath/shower door, faucets and bath and shower hardware, the tiling of the floor and around the tub, a new bathroom fan, a mirror that matched the vanity and painting.   All we had to provide was lighting, knobs for the vanity, a towel rail and toilet roll holder that they installed.
