She is incredibly patient, provides thoughtful options and goes above and beyond to make sure the work is completed to the highest standards. I had a unique reconfiguration and difficult loft beam hidden in the wall to work around - Tim (installer) worked his magic to take apart some of the cabinets to relocate the support piece on the back so it could be placed in the correct position for installation. This particular renovation also hit a major bump when the counter installation (a different company) was completed without being properly measured.
