Yes the builder Arcadia and Architect Chris Phelps were amazing but it was Amanda who was the glue that insured success of the project. It was also her Firm that provided the creative and innovative ideas that truly made our home custom. Her knowledge of construction was beneficial -as she helped select and make improvements in the design of the exterior, flow of the house, etc. Yes - she did also designed our ceilings, fireplaces, cabinets, selected all colors, fabrics, furniture, trim etc. And we did all of this while living in Chicago. They were cost conscious and were just great to work with.
