There's many great architects in the surrounding areas, however they don't match Jon's customer service experience. Not only did Jon complete my site plan within the short time window I provided. He walked me through the entire permitting process, and worked directly with the local building association to ensure I received my permits. You can't put a price on time and effort. We continue to scour the market to find the "superhouse" with some land, as well as reservations re: some small issues with property lines, but, really like living on a cul-de-sac and wanted to go ahead with the addition. Because it was a two-unit, prior, there was not a basement access only from outside......so we hired Schultz Architecture. John Schultz came to our home several times to meet with us to discuss our ever-changing ideas. We have very strange schedules and he was most gracious to accommodate.
