We have been waiting since last winter for an item we saw during the street of dreams. The employee helping us claimed she had it ordered and should be in soon. This was before Christmas. I went back in to check on the order about 2 months ago and the same employee gave me what sounded like an excuse as to why it is taking so long. Now we have stopped into the store yet again and they can't even tell us who the employee was that sold us the previous items, no accountability.
